First time using the App to configuration is indeed hard. But after tried
for like 5 times, i finally got this thing to work. The instruction is
pretty clear but only the camera that make us confused. When first using
the instruction asked to press reset button and wait till it say restore to
factory settings. That actually will not gonna to be happen if you
continuously pressing the reset button. You have to let go once you heard
the beep sound once and wait like 3-4 sec, then only it says that. If you
continuously pressing the reset button, you will hear 2 beeping sound and
then say camera start. That is wrong and will not work. After that it will
say pls configure network. This step is taking some time to connect,
probably 1-2 mins. Once you connect, the camera will say the connection is
success. Done and camera is working.

It does take a while to set it up sometimes. I changed my wifi and I had many issues to make it work again but it's a matter of patience. Camera works great, the only issue is that sometimes I have to close the app 2 or 3 times before it connects. If you are having issues, remove the camera from the app, press the reset button on the back of the camera with a paperclip and wait until you hear a "beep". Then start over the setup and go to "quick wifi setup" and try to connect it. It worked for me but I had to do that 2 times.

The app is buggy. It cannot sense wifi networks and the field to enter the SSID manually is not editable. The wifi password field can be edited but not the SSID. I believe that if i could get past this step it would probably work ....but it is a useless camera at this point.

This app sucks can't even link up to it out side of my house and check on my house it got hacked and now it does even connect to my phone it is frozen I paid 50 bucks for one camera this is a honorable product do not even try it I wouldn't even give this app one star or camera

please do not buy this it is horrible product..does not work the app will not work is a bad item all around is a waste of money
