I downloaded the app, and I stay around mowe BAFO axis. Tell me why your BAFO branch is not a pickup center and the closest to me is IKEA. Make it make sense abeg.il be uninstalling the app. You guys are not ready for us in that area.

Honestly, I wish there was a zero-star option. I ordered my food, and it was not ready for almost 2 hours. I had to go there to find out what happened. My order was not ready, they just made it when I got there. What's the point of a pickup app if I have to wait to collect my food at your store. I ordered around 1:35pm and got there by 3:15pm just to wait again for the order. There was even a mistake in the order last. I'm very disappointed

Quite a very, very SAD experience for me, I ordered for 2 packs of rice and chicken but to my surprise the rice was packed with pure sharp sand mixed with rice, I complained and escalated this but my money was not refunded and the food was not changed for me after paying through my nose for the service fee and delivery fee all the compensation I got was not enough to buy even one chicken on a pack of rice by their cost, I still feel cheated by item 7 till date, and it's a total red 🍒 flag 4 me.
