I downloaded the app, and I stay around mowe BAFO axis. Tell me why your BAFO branch is not a pickup center and the closest to me is IKEA. Make it make sense abeg.il be uninstalling the app. You guys are not ready for us in that area.

Quite a very, very SAD experience for me, I ordered for 2 packs of rice and chicken but to my surprise the rice was packed with pure sharp sand mixed with rice, I complained and escalated this but my money was not refunded and the food was not changed for me after paying through my nose for the service fee and delivery fee all the compensation I got was not enough to buy even one chicken on a pack of rice by their cost, I still feel cheated by item 7 till date, and it's a total red 🍒 flag 4 me.

Very disappointing. Ordered mixed with chicken from Item 7, Taiwo, but my order was wrong. They said they couldn’t refund me, only replace it if I came back, even though I was already at my hostel, which is quite far.
