Such a great and easy to use app! It is the Gym or coach's responsibility to make sure each member has access and can do certain things on the app itself. If you are unable to do something, it is most likely not the app's problem, but certain settings on the management side that needs to be looked at.

Good day, my app has not been working for about 3 weeks. I have reinstalled it about 3 times but still won't open. Can you please assist?

So easy and simple to use! Made my life so much easier! At the end of the month I don't have to sit for hours to do invoices. Itensity helped me manage my facility much better so that I can focus on my clients!

I used the app for about a month without any problems. For some reason I cannot log in because my details are incorrect. I tried to reset password with no success. I didn't receive the link to reset my password. I cannot use the app at all.

I was told I have to book on the app. I really wish South African business would stop creating these knock off apps, nothing ever works if u cannot create apps stick to the web versions I'm forced to book on this app that's going to take me 30 mins to register. I planned on having a session not admin, I have to fill in all these details again which the gym already have what a waste of my time, I would just like to gym without all the admin my word. Coz my solution is switching to planet
