Did not work with my phone, Moto G play 2023. Android version 12. Keeps crashing. Dpi is set at 360. Not a good start for watch owners. Please fix the crashing. Might have to return watch, find a better company and app.

Just got my new Hello kitty smartwatch, huge hello kitty fan so this watch is perfect. So far very easy to install and set up my watch. Really love all the features, only issue is I cannot get the weather app on the smartwatch to sync with my phone. I'm sure I'll figure it out. This smartwatch is much better than my fit bit.

App would not open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling combined with restarting my phone, but it won't open at all.

The app won't let me agree to the user agreement and privacy policy, so I haven't even got to the part of setting up my watch
