Maps don't download, App does not work, developer cannot be contacted Was looking forward to the Bamberg walk, but it would not work. The Bamberg walk download never finishes, the app lags and me emails to the developers bounce back to me. I want a refund. Sad.

I chose English and then purchased and downloaded a city guide. I now find myself with the German version of the guide and must pay again for English. (Update: itour looks good here, promising a refund, but they have not issued it. I have contacted two different email addresses but receive no replies)(Update 2: I tried asking Google for a refund, but they said no, and gave no explanation. All I wanted was a tour in English. This seems so simple.)
