The old app was great. I went to log in, and it said I have update the app. I installed the latest version, and it won't open. Called Ives a couple tjmes. They were not able to help me get it working they called back and said I need to call Verizon. Sorry I not calling Verizon. Ives should have set up a test with Verizon to work the bugs out before they launched the update. I checked the internet and tried a couple of posted suggestions. Still NG. I did notice that the new version has ads.

I cannot open because it says debugging is on. I have spent an hour on the line with Verizon tech dept to turn debugging off but are unable to find where or how to do that. I cannot open my tablet either. It does not appear in play store on my tablet to download. Please help me to resolve the matter. Thank you.
