★★☆☆☆ Horrible! Zero customer service. Suddenly stopped working awhile back and nothing we have tried allows us to view the cameras. My mom got this so that us kids could check on her and my dad and now none of us can get in. He is disabled and we would keep an eye on him while she took the dog out or worked in the garden. Stuff like that. It randomly tells us that the password was incorrect or that the connection failed. Now it is telling me the account is frozen. Yes we reinstalled. SUCKS!

★★☆☆☆ This app is horribly. You can barely see the video, you can't zoom. But the worst part is that MAJORITY OF THE TIME CAN'T VIEW THE CAMERAS. THEY DO NOT LOAD. I can't wait to get rid of ADT.
