Had a smooth experience with the app and the service. I'd booked on Saturday morning and I immediately got a mechanic assigned. He called me promptly and came home to check my bike in an hour. They were extremely courteous and polite. My avenger's battery had drained and after inspecting they took my bike to check. We were constantly in touch and the mechanic explained everything they were planning to fix. After my consent they fixed it up really good. Got it back in 4 hours. Thanks!

Seriously I m not Full satisfied with this app My bike has been fully changed by them they are taking more than 10 hours to service also bike condition is too bad after servicing because i think they had replace some orginal goods from my bike so don't service in this apps

Too expensive for the service they provide and the bill break up is not provided in advance or later like other service providers. The same service will easily be available at lesser price anywhere. Tried them out because of desperation. The customer care is responsive and if one have no other option, this can be tried.

I gave my bike for service and repairs on 14 Mar 2020. Had asked to repair the horn wiring (it was cut off) besides general service. When the mechanic delivered the bike they damaged the self start that was working earlier. He rechecked and said the motor was burnt due to loose wiring and asked me another ₹3000! He also changed my engine oil and charged extra when I asked to top up. Bad experience. Edit: iWheels contacted me and promised to rectify the problem. Waiting till the lockdown is over.
