Can't log in because of access URL issue. iWowSoft website is of no help. Googled for solutions also none could be found. No instructions to set up URL. I give up.

Having problem opening this app and on the computer working fine but on the phone app having problem, can't log in saying account doesn't exist, already tell my company HR and the problem is with this app on the phone, not only me but all my colleague also having the same problem, please look into it and fix it. Not production ready. App will not refresh the data even after close and open the app. Dev ask manual refresh the data. Causing a lot of confusion and dispute on leave balance and approval status.
