I joined the RBI Grade B Exclusive Course as a working professional, expecting one-on-one mentorship and regular support as promised. But since enrollment, I haven’t received any mentorship sessions, and responses from the team are very slow. The study material is fine, but lack of support makes the experience disappointing. I’ve requested a refund and hope ixamBee contacts me.

Worst online exam preparation app. The mentor RIJAN Only contact you during payment after paying they wouldn't even take calls or give reply to your msg and doubts. The classes provided are not even according to the syllabus for the exm and the payment is very high, and they provide only one month as course duration. Shame on you. They don't even deserve any star. This app is a scam. Don't purchase any exam course from this app

It is rather tragic to say that I have to post here about the course review and lack of support from iexambee team. A week back, I purchased a course and found that the video classes and notes were missing. I reported it through calls and mails but no one has responded from iexambee side. Edit: I was contacted by team iexambee and the issue is being resolved. Edit 2: support is non-existent and there is no one to resolve the issue.
