★★☆☆☆ Pathetic app. I booked a flight through this app. I don't have last name. I have only initial. But in their app they mentioned last name should be more than 1 letter. So I put last name as L. After that I contacted airline indigo. They said that ur name should be same as ID. so u have to modify ur ticket through Iñigo app only. But when I contacted Iñigo customer care, they said we are not modify this name correction. Previously they did gender change correction on this ticket. I lost 560rs

★★☆☆☆ Very unethical and unprofessional company, after making payment for hotel booking, they say they will not provide its invoice. Only the booking voucher you have that it, no tax, no GST, no invoice. But they will take the payment full. One of the worst systems, so for I have experienced.
