I recently had an issue with one of my cameras. We set them up awhile ago and stopped using them and I was trying to get them working again. I worked with a Michael Woods on the issue and eventually he established it was an issue with one camera. It was one month after the 1 yr guarantee...of course! But Izon stood by their product they are sending me a replacement no problem at all. I have not seen that kind of customer service EVER!!

Great System I love these cameras! They're great for keeping an eye on the house while I'm away. It's awesome to check on the dog and see what she's up to when I have to leave her alone. It all works so easily.

No option to delete only few videos. Delete all or delete nothing. Videos more then 25 allocated for 1 account not playable. Doesn't matter how many camera's you have.

This app work for 12 hours. And now it will not load on either my tablet or my phone. I'm very frustrated. I have 2 Izon wi-fi cameras, but they do me no good without the app.

Never Buy This Product! When I bought this camera, there was absolutely no mention of a 25 video limit. Now, I can't even see theft related video. Worst company and product, do not rely on this device for your child safety either. Such a ridiculous waste of money, I will never buy from this company or it's partners again.

It worked for a week in the garbage now I bought this system online and it came with two cameras. It was a little quirky to set up to aim the camera at a barcode on my cell phone... after a few attempts it finally hooked up. After one week one of the cameras lost connection and I could not get the connection reestablished so I set it aside. Two weeks to the day the second camera did the same thing. Now they just flash a pattern of green and over heat to the point I was afraid of a fire... in the trash they went. Stay away!
