Initial assessment gaslights you into believing that you lack empathy. Company is a bit over a year in making and already boasts that using the app leads to a reduction of employee turnover. This seems to be an observation by the owners, not a fact for employers to rely on. The material or "stories" seem repetitive, and a decent manager would have no problem dealing with the majority of these situations. Overall, a giant snooze and waist of time. There are way better empathy classes found online.
