The staff at jack Jones are so outstanding they really are. THey always go above and beyond for their customers. Each and every one of them are so helpful and supportive and u would be sure to be greeted with such a warm. And very caring smile each time u would enter this amazing store. There is actually one young guy who I spoke to over the phone a few days ago and who also assisted us while we were shopping in store, and he is such a wonderful person also with assisted me with my partner

The app and website gives an error that the address is too long. How am I supposed to order the products without adding my address. Only 23 characters are allowed in the address field, do you expect all addresses/street names are less than that length. This is the dumbest validation test case I have ever seen in my life. Congratulations you just lost a customer online

Rubbish. Took money from my account, haven't had any form of confirmation regarding my purchase, customer service is woeful so a week after placing my order I'm still waiting

Items lost from the bag. I took my time and added things I wanted to buy to shopping bag, I went back to see if there's something else I could add to find that everything just disappeared from the bag. Yeah Definitely not buying then
