It often times prints the previous label again as opposed to the one I just opened. It doesn't like to be force closed, it loses connection with the printer, but sometimes that's the only way to remove the label you already printed out of its memory.

App and printer work great. Definitely a must if you ship a lot of packages. App is good for other things as well. However, I only use it for printing labels. In all fairness I can't rate the other functions

Great app and product. The only issue is that it forces you to reconnect to Bluetooth every time you close the app. (If you're shipping lots of packages, this can kill efficiency.) But very easy to use and reliable.

Useless!!!! What's the point in having an app that doesn't work. Nothing loads no templates nothing. Now the printer is a waste! Useless!

I absolutely hate this app! It won't let me print from my computer at all. So I have to email a shipping label to myself, to open the email from my cell to print it. Also, I can no longer use the app to print circle labels that I initially designed in the app. There seems to be something stupid wrong every other time I use it. I'm now looking to buy a decent stable shipping label app, if there's one to be found!
