This app work exactly the way it's supposed to. The app itself is free, but you have to pay either for a subscription to any issue, or seperately by the issue. Downloads fine with a good WiFi connection. And it's in full color! It's great.

I enjoy this app, but do not like the new version. I pay in advance for my subscription. Now on new app it never comes up on my county , I have to search for my county and very easily can you click on wrong county and be charged. Additionally it doesn't give you date showing when downloading available, only Month. Also no notification, just keep checking ,checking and checking to see when available for download. Otherwise pictures are great .
