I believe in giving credit (no pun intended!) where it's due. After a few initial teething problems in the first months after taking over the Post Office credit card service, a few years back, I have found the current level of service and customer support from Jaja to be exemplary. If you need to call their phone support, they answer very quickly and are very helpful. Very satisfied!

Since the update in Nov 24 I have been unable to make a payment via the app.

I used to have a great 5-star rating for this card. The app was so nice and easy to use. Now they have changed how it works. You can only pay a payment once in 7 days through the app. Also it keeps bouncing back payments I put through because the names on my account are not exactly the same. Makes life so much more difficult.

Scammers took large amounts of money from my card, all one time, a while ago. IT WOULD'VE BEEN IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO WITHDRAW SUCH LARGE AMOUNTS FROM ANY ATM AS IT WOULD'VE BEEN STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. I tried unsuccessfully to get it resolved with your fraud team, BUT, I was put on hold for over 45 minutes & then cut off. I've heard nothing since. PLEASE GET THIS SORTED & GET THE SCAMMED AMOUNTS CANCELLED & THE CARD CANCELLED. I never used the card again since it was scammed, AND I DON'T WANT IT.
