It's reliable, and it does the job in multiple cities. What I find inconvenient is it's hard to select a random location for journey start/end, the app pushes you to work based on address or object name. It also rarely considers routes with a bit of walking. Oftentimes it would not show perfectly viable combinations just because you need to walk a few hundred meters away from a stop. Other than that great app.

Arguably the best public transport app that is out there so far. I've been using it since ~3 years now, and used it for my school transport daily for a few weeks, all with zero issues. Although I don't need to use the ticket option as much anymore since I have a city-issued long-term ticket now, the schedule board for bus stops is still a lifesaver. 💞

This is one of the best public transportation apps I've ever seen. I definitely undoubtedly recommend it. Update (2026-09-19): Traveled 6 years later to Poland just to realize this app has drastically changed but unfortunately for worse. Full of adverts, glitchy in address finding, doesn't support general terms like "airport", very slow, very cluttered UI for buying tickets and very confusing. Overall, a big shame that the best city transport app in entire europe is now at this state.

Spy system, crappy design, poor management Worst transport app I tested within Europe, including some minor cities. Ticket extensions show different value between app and notification. Cannot extend without a QR code which is unavailable in transit. QR code validation blocks for 3 minutes when opened more than 20s. Buy two reduced rate tickets for later, can't buy 2 normal rates for the same travel.NFC doesn't work. Phone, email which are not required for train tickets but used to profile users. Includes ads for uber, a shame for a public transport app. Can only refill a wallet, not pay tickets directly to make sure your extra money lines their pocket.
