Jal Shodhan

The "Jal Shodhan" app is a comprehensive platform for water quality monitoring, designed to streamline communication and data management between field, audit, visit inspection teams, and administrators. The app provides real-time data sharing, facilitating efficient water quality inspections and ensuring seamless collaboration among various teams.

The app does not require user registration, offering public access to general information without authentication. However, users requiring access to specific panels, like the admin panel or team-specific reports, must enter provided credentials.

There are four key panels:

Public User Panel: Accessible without login, it allows users to view publicly available field, audit, and visit inspection reports in a read-only mode.

Field Team Panel: Field teams can submit water quality inspection reports, including sample data, quality parameters, locations, and observations, using structured templates for efficient data entry.

Audit Team Panel: The audit team reviews and verifies field reports, checking for accuracy and compliance with water quality standards. They can provide feedback and flag discrepancies.

Visit Team Panel: The visit team submits on-site inspection reports based on water body conditions, including quality checks and environmental assessments.

The Admin Panel serves as the central hub for overseeing all submitted reports, offering a dashboard for administrators to view, manage, and track data from all teams. The admin can search, filter, and generate reports, ensuring the proper review and analysis of data. They also manage access rights and ensure the integrity of the data submitted.

The app follows a clear data flow process:

Field Team Data Submission: Field teams log in to submit reports detailing water quality parameters, location, and observations in real-time.
Audit Team Review: The audit team reviews field reports for accuracy and compliance, generating audit inspection reports.
Visit Team Report Submission: The visit team submits on-site inspection reports based on water body assessments.
Admin Management: The admin reviews all reports, categorizes them, and ensures accuracy and compliance before generating final reports for further analysis or sharing.
In conclusion, the "Jal Shodhan" app enhances the efficiency of water quality monitoring through its user-friendly interface, real-time data management, and robust collaboration tools, making it an essential asset for water quality management.
