Terrible... recently I traveled 6hrs from Nevada to California for my birthday which was on the 28th of July. But I got here to redeem my birthday prepay someone had already received it not only that you need my birthday money they really need my free play for the week, so I'm looking at a total of like $200 plus and plus and additional $20 for table game. I told by management that unfortunately they couldn't reimburse me the money that was taken and on top of that I lost a total of $1,500.

This app is trash keeps closing on me can't do anything on it horrid viejas and sycuan app is great, but this one is gross and so is the casino nothing but tweezers all the bad people go there I only go here till I can go back to sycuan I did a self ban for a year and It's almost up yay jamul keeps messing with my free play, and they let people steal your free play they stole $90 from me.
