Honestly I was skeptical of this app and the service it supplies until I tried it. Went big with my first purchase and bought a PS Vita +6 Games, which was made easy with the translation functions in the description section of the items. Had the Vita in my hands 2 weeks later after spending $34Aud on international shipping from Japan to Australia. Honestly couldn't recommend this service/app enough.

Jan box is terrible. They ask you to deposit funds pre-hand into one of their accounts before ever letting you bid or order anything. They claim to offer a "credit plan" that's supposed to give you the ability to bid but after purchasing that plan TWICE I still have no permission to bid or do anything. Jan box acts as if I never paid for anything. No support besides a virtual chatbot that's useless. Buyer is a million times better and easier to use.

Could be a good app to use for proxy buying, but there are some glaring issues: The search bar background is white, and so is the text! Zozotown didn't work for me either. Translations aren't always spot on, but navigating the app is easy enough. It was also very slow at times to load pages. Also changing languages or currency causes the whole app to reload. I will say It's very well-designed and looks great, and makes navigating easy.

Good layout, poor customer service. Takes a month for them to send you the item from their warehouse. Which makes ordering difficult, wouldn't recommend the service.

Lousy service, paid to purchase. After 10 days, the goods that I bought are still in a shipping domestically status. Text and email, no one is bothering you. Strongly not recommended.
