★★★★★ My first flight with my son, I chose this airline for good services, and I'm hoping you continue good service to everyone.

★★★★★ Japan Airlines is the best airlines I've flown with. The cleanliness, food, and overall environment is so pleasant. The politeness of the Japanese crew is outstanding and without comparison.

★★★★★ JAL - The best airline we've ever flown. Superior economy legroom; roughly 2-3 inches MORE space from my knee to the seat in front when compared to other airlines such as Qantas, Emirates and Singapore. The service is as you'd expect; courteous, inviting and professional. Shame we didn't use them earlier all these years. I'll be checking JAL first before anyone else before travelling.

★★★★★ More like 3.5 stars. It's definitely better than the ANA app in terms of user ability and getting to the correct web page. I just wished it provided some more relevant info like which terminal to go to. In addition, I also had a problem having my boarding pass QR code generated (similar issue with ANA app), so I strongly recommend everyone screenshot theirs just in case.

★★☆☆☆ Can't check my reservation (page doesn't load) or manage booking, just endlessly tries to load but never does/shows a blank screen. Despite fully registering with the app/airline. Useless app.

★★☆☆☆ Users interface not friendly at all. I think that this application is for domestic flights in Japan only. If you're booking international using the mobile website is a much better experience

★★☆☆☆ Very bad experience with JAL customer care. Never going to purchase the ticket nor recommend everyone to stop service. They are not 1% flexible. I will stop using One world airlines altogether.
