This is my first review in a decade. I was worried not knowing how to use Anki but this is the best replacement as a flash card app for Japanese. It's very free, and you can play offline, it can teach you how to pronounce things, hearing, writing and give old words, so you won't forget. A great app to use instead of Duolingo.

Amazing for learning vocabulary, 100% recommend. It has a limited amount of energy points (that refill each day)to ensure you don't get too far and learn slow, steady and controlled, I'm surprised that it's completely free given how good it is!

No pronunciation in learning lessons until it switches to the next new word. It's not offline. I learned 1 word (momo, peach) in 10 minutes trying to make them repeat the audio. Just one word. I picked both my hands ending up without fingernails trying to learn like this. Same for characters, no audio until last second. Plus there's a timer. Fake offline mode too. It marked like 5 words as learned bc I guessed them tapping violently. Good voice tho, clear. Too bad no way to repeat the sounds

I loved it, and it's great for learning with but recently the audio has gone all crackly and strange please fix. Edit-its all fine now I think it was just a temporary glitch. Edit 2- never mind it switches between glitchy and crackly and then not ?
