A very good learning tool that teaches pronunciation and pitch very cleverly. Also, the vocabulary used is functional and useful for tasks that learners will need to know on a daily basis. Overall very impressive.

This app works as a great tool for learning Japanese. The situational exercises teach what is going on and how to respond. This goes beyond other language apps that teach singular words and their numerous meanings but little everyday usage. That being said, this app is more suitable to those with an intermediate to advanced fluency in Japanese, or is a great companion to other basic Japanese learning apps. The AI conversation feature is the real winner here!

Extremely buggy for such a pricy subscription. The app stops recognizing the voice in the middle of practice until I restart it. Sometimes it's just the user's pich accent line that disappeared. The AI is not tuned to teach grammar or define words with example sentences and other features. All in all, great Idea but poor implementation. Btw, lessons results are always in Chinese.
