Terrible app. Payed for the year and the app doesn't recognize it. I started a story, and it gives me error messages that it can't connect to server. I use chat GPT free now and it's a way better experience, and I didn't need to be swindled out of 15 bucks for something that doesn't even work. I will tell everyone to not bother with this app. If you're not going to have a working app then you shouldn't charge. When we pay for things it, so they can work better and have more functions

The app's community is unhelpful, and customer support is nonexistent despite my numerous attempts to contact them with over a thousand unanswered emails. The app’s quality deteriorated after the subscription payment, and it feels deceptive, promising functionality it doesn’t deliver
