Jatri app should add a live chat help center. Because their helpline don't pick call for help. They should start a live track also for let passenger's know where is driver's location and after starting the ride, and they should add live location services also. It will be helpful for the passenger.

Unreliable service. Booked a rental car through Jatri app. Just before the day of my trip, in the late afternoon, the driver communicated that he is sick and unable to go on the trip (which I am very sure was a lie). Communicated with Jatri help center. They said, they are looking into the issue. By this time I had to contact another rental. They did nothing but call on my trip day, "if I have received the service from Jatri!!!" Ridiculous. They don't even have the communication trace with me.

“The driver did not arrive on time, and I missed my Judah prayer. Jatri services are also poor. You don’t track your drivers—where they are, whether they arrive on time, or how the passengers are doing. Moreover, you don’t make any alternative arrangements if a driver fails to come. I sincerely hope you improve in these areas.”
