I love Java, and I'm loving the ability to earn rewards! I would gladly give 5 stars if I could use the app to place orders, AND if I didn't have to enter my bank card info every time I want to reload money.

Will update stars when you allow app ordering in Utah. For now, I will just go to places that allow you order via online or the app

This app really falls short compared to apps from the competition. If I want to order ahead, I have to order at least 30 min in advance. I regularly use competitors apps to assemble complex orders when with family, so we don't have to tie up the drive through. You also can't pay with the app unless you buy a gift card in advance. I don't see much reason to use the app if they are going to just ask my phone number in the drive through anyway.

It would not let me add my rewards card. I had points on my card and the store said they can no longer accept my card.

I can no longer use the order function of the app. My mom has to watch what she drinks, and I used the order function to see what is all in the drink, but I can't do that know. So I have to hold up the line to ask a bunch of questions every time I go to order a drink.
