You should upgrade it, multiple time I've found challenges whenever I want to transfer to another bank or walt. Jawali refuses to transfer specially to Jaib wallet.

Idiot app. I don't recommend. I clicked on "I forgot password" then it asks me to provide PUK. What is the relationship between PUK and the password?!

Jawali is the worst e-wallet in yemen, the service is down and I can't do anything with it, and when I call the customer service they don't answer, how even it can be an e-wallet.

Untrustworthy wallet. To anyone who wants to deposit foreign currency such as USD OR SAR to this wallet. Don't do my mistake. I used to receive my transferred SAR using this wallet with trust that I can withdraw from it as SAR. YESTERDAY, They refused giving me my money as I deposited in SAR using stupid justifications.
