I have made complains and did all the steps I was asked to do in your reply and yet still the Shiba transfer isn't showing in my AXX wallet. Even on the Blockchain the transfer is showing successful but on AXX nothing is showing. I have been using AXX since 2016 without any issue, why is it now that issues are coming up Pls do help me look into this I need my Shiba Inu coin.
