★★★★★ Wonderful store. This is one of the small town family places with low prices and smiling faces. The workers are always so polite and happy. I have used this grocery for over 25 years and will not shop anywhere else. They have a wonderful meat/seafood selection, deli and breads. I will not shop at the large chains and I will stick to the local Jay-C.

JAY C (MOST LOCATIONS) SEEM SMALLER, BUT I ASSURE YOU - THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THAT KROGER CARRIES & MORE, AND ALL THE SAME ADS. THE ONE HUGE DIFFERENCE IS - JAY C ALWAYS, AND YES I SAID IT ALWAYS HAVE HAND INCAPABLE CARTS CHARGED. THEY HAVE AT LEAST 3 - 5 Cashiers, AND SELF CHECKOUT IT ALWAYS OPEN. GOOD PEOPLE, AND YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND SOMEONE TO HELP YOU FIND IT, WHATEVER "IT" MIGHT BE

★★☆☆☆ It made me update the app, and now it won't let me sign in 😡 I guess I'm not using digital coupons today

★★☆☆☆ The update stinks. It kicks out all of my groceries and trys to tell me that I cannot place a pickup order. I know I can because our store has been doing pick up orders for a few years now. I them have to uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work properly. It took my 2 days to get an order placed. I'm only placing orders at Walmart now that the jay cs app sucks.

★★☆☆☆ The app is rife with basic, elementary programming errors. Aisle 10 is listed before aisle 2 in "aisle ascending" because the aisles aren't listed as "aisle 01, aisle 02" etc. in the code, so the *nix system lists them in alphabetical order as "1, 10, 2" etc. Also, the search function is deeply broken, and now tries to autofill as you're typing complete with arguments (bang, or !). This is a problem with the deeper Kroger app upon which this is based, and not just the Jay C app.
