★★★★★ The app is part of a software / hardware combination which is used to control many features of your RV. While there is some instability of the application on the tablet, as a whole it provides an unparalleled experience. Later versions have greatly improved stability, and BM Pro is very open with sharing documentation for common issues which occur with the device.

★★☆☆☆ Many glitches, the new lite Pad 2022 locks out on pairing page frequently. This leaves the system useless. Long process to clear and reboot. If your not computer savey, your in trouble.

★★☆☆☆ Will not install on my Samsung Galaxy fold Z 3, tried both the phone version and tablet version and all it says is download pending. Disappointing

★★☆☆☆ My 2021 Jay co unit has an issue with the stabilizer system. I've downloaded the BM PRO as Jay co is saying there is a Motor Setting in the APP I need to use to re-calibrate the system. It's not available on my APP with version 2.3.0. Is this the latest version?

★★☆☆☆ This app keeps crashing when I try to connect to the node via Bluetooth. Sent a message to BM Pro a week ago and still no response

★★☆☆☆ This thing controls everything in our 5th wheel. When it decides it doesn't want to work, nothing works. Numerous times I couldn't get any of the 3 slides to open. Nothing mechanically wrong, just problems with the jay command interface. Even the override/push buttons wouldn't work. My next camper will NOT have this system or anything similar. If there are no physical switches or buttons, it's not coming home with me!
