This app enables me to use my generic Walmart BT headset on my LGG4. Now my phone recognizes all three buttons. The included diagnostic tool helped me figure out my device (Walmart built it upside down and single click=NULL and press/hold=single click). The functionality has been very clear (if you READ the FAQ in the app description), any incompatibility is from Android or my hardware. I'm very satisfied. (If YOU aren't, engineer your own tech and code your own controller app and stop down voting.)

Great app, no idea why these aren't standard for Android music players. Works fine on advance when your at a target app but no when you don't set one.

I use this app everyday to play music while I run using corded earbuds with mic. I really like how you can control the button clicks the way you want it. Basically I just use 1 click for next song track and double click to go back 1 song track. Keeping it real simple. I recently downloaded the new Oreo 8.0 for Android and it doesn't seem to work anymore. Doesn't acknowledge the Jay's button changes. I can single click to play/pause only this seems to be the default of the earbuds. I'd give Jays a 5 star if it wasn't for noncompatible with Oreo 8

This app isn't compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 running Android 6.0.1. The volume up/down buttons are apparently intercepted and cannot be remapped to another control. They always control volume and can't do any other function.
