Works on my machine. When I signed up, I had to go to my email and follow the link to create a telstra account. After that, I downloaded this app and used the Telstra account credentials to sign into this app. I assume many people here are trying to use their JB Hi Fi account login? Not sure but hope this helps. 4 stars as this should be more obvious clearly if so many people are misunderstanding.

I've just downloaded this, it works great in every window it offers you to go to. I've never had a problem with Telstra's apps at all. Unfortunately though, their signal l most certainly have & I'm in the suburbs not out in the sticks!

Wow. This is just a dumpster fire. I didn't want to move from Telstra to JB Hi Fi, nor have the price of my plan increased, but I was given no choice. Trying to even sign into their new app to pay a bill is impossible. The multifactor authentication doesn't work; the code it supposedly sends you never arrives. Then you get locked out of your account. These muppets are looking after my network connection, and they can't even send me a text message.

I have had no internet all day which is really bad for my work and have no way of seeing why as your app doesn't give us any information and the telstra app that was great and worked doesn't do anything now you forced us off. I have checked and have paid my bills. Yet today I got a messaging saying I have to pay my overdue bill for 24th of Oct to Nov 24th?. It's the 12th of nov today. Why do I have to pay? Your app says iv paided and says next due the 25th. BILL HISTORY NEVER WORKS EVER
