Update says fix for previewing csv file. Instead of that, the opposite was done. Not able to view logs on the app any more like I usually did, now the log has to be emailed and opened another way

I need this app to use my JB4 tune. Cannot use it without it. It works as described. Thus, 2 stars. But, it is an expensive app after buying an expensive JB4 tuner what bothers me the most is I paid $27.99 for them to harvest my data and "Share it with their partners". I should get a cut of that.action. Instead I am PAYING them to sell my data. Before you know it, it is resold to LexisNexis who sells data to insurance companies. So they can find reasons to increase premiums.

The hardware I'm a little disappointed in. $150 for a BT dongle is overpriced imo, so I opted to hook up an OTG cable to use the app. I am required to unhook the otg from the Jb4, then plug the phone in, and plug the Jb4 back in each time. This is not ideal since I've mapped the cables including the OTG connection under the hood. Overall the Jb4 is a bit pricey, but works well. The app, IDK... I would have just purchased a tune if I knew I'd spend over $700 allin for seamless app connectivity.

I have this for my mk7 gti and although the tune is working fine the app itself chooses when it wants to work and for how long it won't connect, or it says it does but won't show ANY information

App is nice when I can actually use it. When connected it never wants to read any of the gauges besides boost, it randomly starts "logging" but won't turn off, and it won't read codes. If everything worked they way it should the app would be phenomenal. It's kinda disappointing that I paid like $20 for an app to have the ability to read gauges, data log, scan and clear codes but the only way I can get it to work is by uninstalling the app and then reinstalling.
