Installed in Samsung Galaxy A52S where I had disconnection issues. Updated Firmware OK. Thought it worked, but every time I reconnect the headset, reverts to old firmware as it was never updated.

Unable to update JBL 125BT firmware, I want to solve the Bluetooth disconnection issue through the suggested firmware upgrade, but the app keeps telling me "Update unsuccessful"

It says that there is an update available, but it fails to update. The app has only 1 thing to do, and it fails to do it.

Update was installed alright. But the power offs continue. More and deeper investigation of this problem is required. 141221 Power offs continue at a disturbing rate. You want to make or answer a call, and you have to spend time turning the earphones on. Unless this problem is fixed real soon, the other than that nice headset, will be recycled. 301122 new phones, android 13. Downloaded and installed the app. It keeps saying that the headset has a firmware of 0.0.0.0. Not the case.
