Awful I order three sets of towels, each set consists of 6 towels in different sizes. I only got 2 hand towels. Where are the others towels? I made a full payment of $62.38 and another to be shipped of more than $30.00. It's much better if you don't have the merchandise to advice the customer. Right now I have to send another person to pick up the order because I have recently a surgery and I can't move out of bed. Please cancel the order I'm not interested anymore. Good day

JCPenney is a good company however this app is not really screen reader compatible the screen reader will jump around to different locations on the screen and half the time it does not even read the buttons on the screen if they are even labeled which I do not know cuz I cannot see whoever is designing this app needs to test it on screen readers before they release it so if you need to use a screen reader I do not recommend this app

Charges customer a 1.99 stmt fee and then .68 interest on sending a stmt to customer to tell them you paid your balance, but we are going to charge you 1.99 stmt fee and then.68 cents interested because originally on 1st stmt the bak wasn't fully pd. So interest on charges still on acct and interest on top of interest already charged and then 1.99 stmt fee to tell me you need to pay interest on 2 Stats of no new charges. Interest on charges not pd in full. Then that will be called new int
