Newer app seems to load faster and identifies correct trim than previous one. No emails sent out to dealers regarding new app I'm not sure why can't they update the app just like 100000 of other app developers do. Almost a month went by trying to get in touch with support finally was told to download new app and perimeter to make.it works while paying monthly, and they can't even give credit for loss of service.

This updated version is terrible. The values don't seem to match up with any other books. Sometimes the vehicle's trim is wrong, and there isn't a way to change it. On top of everything, Carfax still doesn't open through the app. It would be great if we could get the old app back
