It might be a fine service, but on the surface, your price point is out of touch for the elderly and disabled base demographic. WAY off point. For $24.00, I'll write notes on paper with pen found free. What were you thinking? With or without Marlee Marlin peddling this trinket, it's a fail at these price gouges.👎 Update To Your Reply: I'm not doubting your overhead or funding. I'm speaking on price point/demography. You're not forcing us to use your service. You're pricing us out of the choice.👎

Too bad this is NOT FREE! You have to purchase "the package".... Imagine if YOU, yourself, had to pay to simply communicate with the world, to simply ask a question. It's unbelievably sad that the deaf/hearing impaired community has to. It should be free! Not just a 10-minute free trial! You should be ashamed. There are government grants for this. This should be your TOP priority, get the funding and quit making money off people who have disabilities!

Unlike other such apps (like Boost lingo Interpret Manager), I hear a single brief chime and a notification for an incoming call in the notification panel. In all the while I'm scrolling down the notification panel and tapping the specific notification to open the Jeenie App (and also due to the long start up time of the app), I miss most of the calls. Please make things simple by allowing the app to override other open apps and showing an incoming call or at the very least an in-app notification
