The App is straight forward and is a time saver as I usually order between 6–9 sides of various cream cheeses. The only thing I would change is to have the Limited Time items available to order via the app instead of only in-store (ie, pimento cheese spread, Irish Soda Bagel, Blueberry-Lemon bagel, etc.). I have not found any of these examples showing up in the App when ordering...even when ordering for pickup the following day. Also, Lox Box doesn't allow you to specify bagel flavor via App.XO

Doesn't recognize the Charlotte location. I entered the entire address, and it says no locations.

hasn't worked in months for me and my local location wouldn't even let me order despite physically being there in person without the stupid thing. Did not care it didn't work for me :/ also reinstalling does not work. I keep getting an error regardless of what is done. Some 403 one.

Would have love to have used it for my first time ever ordering jeffs bagel run, but it gave me recaptcha errors and then told me phone was blocked "due to unusual activity".

Please fix the menu button location on your app. The menu is in the same location as the Android menu buttons. Cannot get to Rewards, Scan, or For You because they're in the same spot as the Android buttons.
