It needs to be better. Being something we pay for, it's ridiculous that even with me taking a 3-year break the dang app still doesn't have all of Jenny made foods in the search to track intake. I shouldn't have to work this hard to track what I'm eating, nobodies got time for this garbage. At $13 a month it should be quick and easy. Strike two. First was taking an unauthorized charge when I signed up, I authorized a specific amount, and they decided after payment, they would take more.

App is glitchy and only works some of the time. It's very slow and bogged down by poor programming. The ingredients do not match what is advertised. The ingredients are awful and toxic for the body. App does not follow US federal law allowing you to cancel as easily as you sign up. I would never recommend Jenny Craig to anyone.

App crashes once I try to open it on Samsung phone. It worked a few times and has guides and helpful info but nothing to log weight or track food. Disappointed for the price I pay to not have a single working app

App is not working correctly, I can't access my menu portion, I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting my phone, clearing cache, nothing has worked. Being on the program is pointless if I cannot use it correctly
