Not sure why Jersey Mike's can make a decent sandwich but offer points that never show up. Save your time, enjoy the sandwich but avoid this app

Two stars, only because the app is quick and easy to use. Deliveries are accurate about 75% of the time. They are on time about 10%. DO NOT order ahead unless you will be ready early. Several times I've scheduled an order to arrive 15 minutes after I get home, only to get home and find it sitting outside by my door, ice-cold and/or soaked from the rain. Any delivery issue and Jersey Mike's blames door dash, door dash blames Jersey Mike's. The end result? Enjoy your cold, wet food.
