This app is super easy to use and the way you can customize your order is great. Want a big drink, select the option. Want to change back to a medium drink, not a problem. Pay on the app, pop into the store location and pick up the order. It even keeps track of your reward points. It will even find the nearest store location for you if you are out of town on vacation or work.

Jersey Mike's stores customers' credit card information in their computer system, but nonetheless makes the customer manually enter the 3 digit CVV code from the back of their card every single time they make a purchase. So the customer has to waste time fumbling around in their wallet in order to find their CVV code. No other company in the United States does this. I contacted Jersey Mike's Support and got a clueless woman named Kerry T. She was utterly and completely useless.

WORST APP EVER. Takes 45 minutes to log in just to be told it's "suspicious" and contact administrator. NO SIGNS TO ADMINISTRATOR.

Customer support sucks. I have ordered from the app 3 separate times. 3 times they take cash out of my bank. 3 times they don't send me an email or have an order for me. The stores are nice but are like "we don't control the app... no one does". Corporate doesn't respond to phone messages or emails. So I am left talking to my bank. Then it takes my bank a week or more to get refunded. Maybe Jersey Mike's should keep their redness and unreachable cretins in Jersey.

The app works pretty good. But I ended up having a cross contamination issue with my food and instead of getting an apology I was told to call corporate, when I did corporate stated they would refund me for my order due to the picture showing the clear cross contamination (my order had things that were not on it, wrapped up with my sandwich) I never got it and when I reached out after not receiving the money back they stated things happen in store. I haven't been back in 2 years and wont
