Every new is considered breaking news. I have the setting on to get breaking news and every five minutes I get a notification which becomes very annoying. For example: the White House says Saudi Arabia told them is committed to peace talk. Why this news is breaking news?

The adds are very intrusive! I don't mind so much to read them, but when I'm trying to quietly read an article, a loud video pops in. It disturbs me and the people around me and is not able to be silenced.
