The app worked well for me as a tourist for a few days in Ulaanbaatar. I had an issue though, where I topped up my account with a prepaid amount to pay for single rides (didn't subscribe or use other functions): even though it showed me the prices for rides in MNT, it changed the currency to AZM. I therefore put on a lot of money by accident, and it was difficult to get it back. Be very careful and check the currency/amount before confirming the deposit!

DO NOT USE THIS APP. It charged me a 4 GEL deposit THREE separate times for a single ride and only reversed one, keeping 8 GEL of my money. When I sent support clear bank screenshots, the agent didn't even bother reading my message. They just copy-pasted a generic response about ride tariffs and closed the ticket. Terrible system, zero human support, and bugged deposit holds. Check your bank statements carefully—stick to Yandex or literally any other alternative instead.

They have updated the no-go area during morning rush hour. Forcing people to push scooters over 1 km not allowing them to park at usual places.

The app is quite good, I haven't had any problems with it. Scooters are also cool. Maybe I would even score 5, If the people behind the JET company weren't so greedy for money. They introduce unreasonable speed restrictions, so you spend more time and consequently more money to get to the destination. Then the scooter rental price is gradually increasing like almost every month or two. Now it has reached the point where taxi comfort+ ride is cheaper AND quicker than using JET scooters 🐌 🐌🐌
