A total mess. At first, it seems to work ok, then when you want to turn off the service and return the scooter you can't, and they keep taking money from your account. Customer service isn't helpful.

The support AI is very confusing, it first told me that my app version is outdated "our version 1.90.2 is from 2023" then it told me to update to version 9 first after I told it there is no update it told me to follow a link which I did, and it was a dead end, domain not given (GoDaddy domain for sale) after a while playing with the support agent it turned out that version 1.91 is currently in closed beta "which I should apply for, but there is no option in the play store" 😂 pls make it better

The app is scam, it calculates wrong, and it charged me twice for my ride, this situation did not happen once!! I contacted with the support team about it, but they were not there to help me. Also, I have been using this service for months, and prices suddenly go up every day, WAY TOO HIGH. I use scooters for my own entertainment. The scooters are mostly old or broken, the support does nothing. I am not PAYING for this!!!
