The app worked well for me as a tourist for a few days in Ulaanbaatar. I had an issue though, where I topped up my account with a prepaid amount to pay for single rides (didn't subscribe or use other functions): even though it showed me the prices for rides in MNT, it changed the currency to AZM. I therefore put on a lot of money by accident, and it was difficult to get it back. Be very careful and check the currency/amount before confirming the deposit!

The app is quite good, I haven't had any problems with it. Scooters are also cool. Maybe I would even score 5, If the people behind the JET company weren't so greedy for money. They introduce unreasonable speed restrictions, so you spend more time and consequently more money to get to the destination. Then the scooter rental price is gradually increasing like almost every month or two. Now it has reached the point where taxi comfort+ ride is cheaper AND quicker than using JET scooters 🐌 🐌🐌

Overall, it was pretty good. But when I tried to end the ride, I found out I couldn’t park there. I understand there are restrictions, but the app doesn’t clearly show where parking is actually allowed — it only shows confusing dashed lines. I spent about 10 minutes looking for a valid spot while still being charged. In the end, I had to park almost a kilometer away and nearly missed the theater.
