Every application has its advantages and disadvantages; the negative aspects often arise from the push for users to upgrade. The negative aspects of this app currently overshadow the positive ones, particularly with posts appearing in the Reader but not in the list where I can edit or modify them. Occasionally, even the posts I see on the list fail to appear in the Reader after I update them, or I end up seeing duplicate posts.

Incompatible with WordPress, on mobile device, yet forced to use, pointless. Can't get past Privacy pop up, to view blog. "Privacy and Cookies" pop-up that asks you to select "I Agree!" below, however, on my phone screen, the "I agree!" button is beyond the frame of the page and there's no scroll so can't click. Making the app a redundant feature.

Something has gone catastrophically wrong with my app - I can't access my sites' data, and I can't create a support ticket to try & fix it. I also can't go via my desktop as it won't let me log in. Why is there no way of contacting support outside of being logged in? UPDATE: Developer suggested another way of contacting them where you absolutely do have to log in...
