The bourbonnais pharmacy is the best place for your pharmacy needs!! Why may you ask because every single person that stands behind the counter to the pharmacists. Like there is no comparisons to any Walgreens!! Walgreens is horrible they lie they don't treat there customer's good at all jewel osco in bourbonnais is an amazing place. It don't matter if you're on Medicade or personal insurance. They an amazing staff I promise!! You will be so happy with your change.

Slow, constant freezing, never know if my prescriptions have gone through until hours or days later. Seriously considering moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy

What's New section indicates ”Bug fixes." This is useless as it tells the user absolutely nothing! Don't be so dang lazy. On top of that there is no grace period as user is forced to upgrade if they want to use the app. Not desirable not knowing bug fixes or away from WiFi to do the update. Please add information on what bugs were fixed and a grace period before forcing an upgrade.

The old version was much, much better. I have had multiple issues with the new one. It has changed refill dates on me after looking at a prescription, I've had all kinds of problems after the update. The app made things easier, I am looking into a mail service after over 20 years at Jewel Osco.
