Can't add people from Gallery Nowhere on the account can I cancel. It operates like all other scams I've encountered.

I've enjoyed this app for many years, but it's going downhill now! I get emails saying there are new videos to use then when I press on it to use it they don't work! Plus they don't even show up on the app! If I can't use new items that you put out I won't be renewing my subscription this year! I've emailed you all several times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app like you said, but it still doesn't work! You said after I sent you a screenshot of the home page you would contact me but didn't!

I like the content, but the app is horrible. I have to open and close the app several times for the videos to load. When I do a search, it takes forever just to get a few items to load. Sometimes the video thumbnail images never populate.
