I like the concept and events. Maybe people need a slight tutorial for the app at the event, so they know they can match and chat in the app, as several people I've met at events did not know.

I'm a Jigsaw Dating Host, but I also use the app! You can chat with members but also meet up weekly to make in person connections. There are happy hours, arcade night, pickle ball, trivia and more. Best part, there are plenty of men at their events, ladies!! I love seeing sparks ✨️ fly with daters. If you're hesitant, don't be. If you download the app, come to the event, and use their Match IRL (in real life) feature and chat with other app users for free. Give it a try, New Year New You!

Jigsaw is a scam! I purchased a ticket for an event in San Francisco, and they cancelled the event. I purchased another ticket for a different event, it was cancelled as well. Never got a refund. You'll never meet anyone on Jigsaw, and you'll never see your money back. Pure SCAM!

Nothing short of a cash grab. You pay for the event, then you have to pay a monthly subscription fee to continue to message people you met IRL, yet they do not make that aware when you sign up for these events. No refund policies when it comes to subjective calls having to be made if the weather is not looking favorable, and I was not offered a credit as they chose to hold the event that practically no one showed up to. I'm disputing the charge due to lack of customer care.

Very crowded and poorly organized. Ratio of men to women was 3:1. People literally elbow to elbow for the 1:1 sessions.
