The Jim app is extremely intrusive and asks way too much information of the account holder to just take payments. Cash app or venmo neither one need the level of detail that Jim wants. It's absurd and not only do they want ID, ssn and 2 forms of verification (email and phone number.) they also jumped into my WhatsApp. Who does that!? They also want you to have a business name, a description of your business and what type of business. That's not necessary. Just let me accept cards under my name.

So they advertise a one time fee of 1.99%. Not totally true. You are charged another 1.99% plus $0.99 if you decide to transfer your money the same day or the following day. SMH. I can't even get my money out without being charged again. I think I'll continue to use Cash app or Venmo for my transactions. SMDH!! Side note. I use this app for my business. So far it takes over 48 hours to process a transfer from Jim's to your personal account. Ya'll really should be more transparent about services.
