I wanted to suggest updating the JINYA app to send notifications to the customer when their order is ready. This will prevent customers from coming to the restaurant just to be told their order still isn't ready yet. The time ready suggested in the app isn't always correct.

Rewards idea is awesome. I've accumulated a bunch of points from several visits then all of a sudden without notice, my points get turned to reward dollars that make up less than the rewards. Wish I was informed it would expire or convert. I would've used my rewards for a ramen. Sad day. Defeats the thrill of a rewards program if Jinya just takes the rug from under us whenever and without notice.

It would be nice if you could have the option to modify orders. For example, if you do not want the bean sprouts you can select leave off. Now that you can't call in orders, so you can modify, is kinda inconvenient. Especially if you don't want to go in to order & wait.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
