Dear Esteemed JBP Development Team, We are encountering a recurring issue where the JBP application consistently crashes after approximately 4 minutes and 30 seconds into the daily 5-minute video presentation. This technical malfunction is causing significant disruption and a considerable loss of productivity for our Jio employees, as they are required to restart the application each time. To illustrate the impact, a daily loss of 5 minutes across 10,000 employees equates to 50,000 minutes.

There is issue in app every time I try to check out at that time app show check in. after I log out and login than show check out. Pls resolve the issue

The real issue is location mapping. The system calculates only the shortest path between points instead of the actual route travelled. I travel around 150 km daily, but reimbursement is often shown for only 80–120 km. Since approval comes later, it is difficult to remember every exact route travelled that day. Requesting the developer/authority to use real route tracking, so employees can receive accurate reimbursement for actual travel expenses.

The app has a useful purpose but the performance is not very reliable. It often lags and takes time to load, which affects productivity. Overall experience would be better with improved speed, stability, and a more user-friendly interface.
